first i thought that i forgot my password and wanted to reset it, but while doing it i got this

paul76au, your account seemed to have activated properly and was locked out due to what must've been a username/password misspelling.  We've sent a password reset to your e-mail, let us know if that resolves it!

    which browser was used to make the purchase: FireFox
    payment method: PayPal
