I've decided to mashup the schematics of a medical frigate (removing most of the med stuff, though) and the build of a standard Nebulon B exterior (the one with a single forward ventral assembly and a squared off aft segment.) I'm too lazy to do the others :) Besides, this is going to be my personal flagship in MP, I hope.

Even about the loudest supporter of large ships reckons 300 metres is about the perfect length right now for vessels. 400, maybe. Like your work here, keep hammering it out.

Only 24-48 hours more before the release (I hope), and I've been rushing to prepare the guts of the ship for the new interior. Here is where I am with it:

Spoiler
Approx. 100 crew quarters complete. I'll need 200-300, assuming the crew is on a rotational shift.
Captain's deck (ready room, office, personal library and personal escape pod) are complete.
6 Barracks complete to handle the standard stormtrooper compliment of 50-100. Needs walling.
100 toilets in place in more than 20 refreshers (toilets = silver cubes)
All 3 primary fuel cells are complete.
secondary battery complete.
Used gold to fill the reactor chamber.
Forward water tank complete.
All turbolifts are in place.
2 crew lounges complete.
Multiple mission prep and meeting chambers finished.
Cargo Transport docking chamber finished.
Dockingtubes completed.
Comm array finished.
Computer core is finished.
all engines are finished, but subject to change as I figure out power requirements to move the ship.
Both primary forward guns are complete.
Passenger Deck is complete.
Main Engineering is complete.
The medical section is complete. (this is not the full medical frigate variant)

I still need to do most walls and ceilings, as well as add secondary functions like finishing the brig, adding a ship's laundry, a gymnasium, boarding-action armories, that sort of thing.

Here are some insides screenshots, so you can see where I'm at:
Spoiler

Looking at the fleet from a medbay bed. (The Corvette is available on another thread. it's a CR-90 I believe)

This is the emergency OR. the walls are reinforced, the bed is over-lit and the bacta tank has an internal power source.

That's one of 3 ovoid fuel cells that feed not only the reactor, but the 7 engines directly as well.

Here is the ship's Computer Archive. It's the droid brain that drives the ship's internal functions, and the main memory storage for the ships' databanks.

And finally, these are two of the 7 engines that drive the frigate. I like the see-through frames that allow me to keep the conical look and also make it seem to be held in place. A lot of cosmetic work is about to happen here with the next release :)

The nebulon is actually my preferred ship in the SW universe. Love it, tried to build it (failing to find decent plans), happy someone finished it. I'd like to share a small rebel fleet with you in future multiplayer :D
That is awesome Uomoz! Keep up the good work!

I say you should shove my radiant VII Cruiser there aswell
Real Men drive vehicles without knowing how fast they are moving or how much fuel remains in the tank.

Took a tour around the ship last night in the editor.

I have to say, most impressive. Pictures can't convey the feeling that flying around her does. ;)

I love this dracorotor, my favourite star wars ship :D. I'm still getting lost though, I havn't completely gained my bearings in her yet. Quick question, for the cabins running down the long corridor connecting the two large parts of the ship, are you going to be putting windows in there at any point? I don't know if the specs have got windows there but I think it would look nice and if I were crew on your ship I would certainly like a view :P

Keep up the great work,

Captain Still

Sorry, Cap. No windows there.

I'm trying to cut in windows wherever I can, but I need to stay loyal as I can to production stills and the schematics available to me. Besides, you don't really want inviting targets like windows all around you.

Command staff (crew quarters at the edge between the forward bubble and the ventral superstructure) have windows, and I'm working in aesthetically-pleasing locations like a park and a tapcaf or three. They won't go space-mad in MY ship!

On getting around comfortably, I know it's tough. I'm working in red ceilings and regular corridors wherever I can to make that a little easier in zero-g. In the completed segments, it's only where the forward bubble meets the spar that there is a lot of confusion, since I wanted to work in a buffer of bulkheads there
