Why don't you use 0.71c Thadius?

I have some problems with the administrator mode on my computer. I hope it is not required in 0.74a because then I won't be able to play the game.

Administrator mode shouldn't prevent you from running later versions of Blockade Runner...? Did you forget your administrator password...? If so, there are ways to clear it.

The requirements of 0.71 say that I need to use administrator mode and I don't have those priveleges. (Yes I know I spelled that wrong)

So, you're account on Windows is not set to an administrator account? That could be changed.

Did you use the installer or did you download & extract the binary? If it's not working with the former then download the binary and extract it to (and subsequently run it from) a folder for which you have full access privileges (e.g. My Documents or Downloads or your home folder). I've never had any prompts to elevate nor have I explicitly set the .exe to run as administrator with the latter, although the usual disclaimer YMMV

Hmm, i am thinking how i can "downgrade" the ship to an earlier version.
As i currently have only the current version installed.
I really do not want to rebuild it in a previous version.
I will later try to make some screenshots to at least show you what i changed.

That is EPIC! but what did you do with the interior? To downgrade you probably have to remove all features that are only in 0.71 and then download 0.70 and then compile it. Or you could just ask one of the ZANMGT guys I'm sure they could fix it.

You cannot downgrade things.

Once you've saved it in a later version it will not open in an older one.

However like alaric said. Download latest binaries > run from either my documents or wherever W70 is for you. Should work without admin rights.

Just open them and then you can save them.
Worked always for me.

Oh, and if you mean how you physicaly transport them:
Copying the files from the Entities Folder (of the 0.70 Installation) to the Folder of the 0.71c installation.
