Yep, ran through the checklists, all but trying previous versions.
Why not? Because it's late and my internet isn't that great, I don't have the time tonight. Uninstalled and reinstalled Direct X9, XNA 3.1, .Net 3.5.1 and checked both the subfolders to make sure the block turned to a check.

I don't think this can be solved short of the program updating, based on the other threads I've read with similar issues. Just posting my info so that maybe it can help narrow things down.
That and to voice my irritation at not being able to run the game after paying my ten bucks. Disappointing, but hoping it'll be rectified eventually. Really wanted to play with the editor.
