iHelp and the Colonial Armed Forces have made a Non-Aggression Pact. The terms for this pact are found in this previous post:

1: To grant us access into your sectors. You may check our ships anytime you want. So if you have to do a border check/sweep we'll comply and let you no matter what.

2: To not attack the people we're protecting/rescuing. If we're in your sector and the said person is wanted then we'll bring him to you gladly. If he is not in your sector but is wanted toward an empire we still can't bring him to you, but we wont protect him either(still would rescue though).

3: To not attack our own citizens unless they've gone rouge and have broken one of your rules.

4: In your sector we'll follow all your rules.

Article 4: The parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in the sovereign territory of either of them shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defense, will assist the party or parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the nations in this treaty.

Article 6: The parties may, by unanimous agreement, invite any nation or entity in a position to further the principles of this treaty and to contribute to the security of there collective sovereign nations/entities area to accede to this treaty.

Article 7: The parties in this treaty will agree to abide by the boundaries of restricted zones when in each others sovereign territory and will obey the laws of the lands in each others sovereign territory.

Article 8: Any member/citizen of either party that is found to be acting against this treaty must be apprehended to the best of the parties collective abilities and handed over to the nation/entity of their origin along with any captured materials, vessels or vehicles. In instances when members or citizens have gone "rogue" and can not be apprehended but must be terminated and their materials/vessel/vehicles damaged or lost the capturing nation/entity may not be held responsible of guilt.

Greetings, we extend as warm a greeting as we can manage to you and your company. We are interested in the idea of your partnership however we believe that you do not fully understand the 'Revenant', some of the things that you request may not be possible.

We will happily share ship schematics with you, however they may not be of much use or may be useful, this depends on which time period our brothers ship comes from. Therefore if you wish ship schematics, instead of giving you them all, we will accept requests. We do not expect full access to your ship databanks until you trust us.
I understand that our story may be hard to believe. Your citizens also may not be fond of, and i quote here 'A bunch of space ghosts who want our souls' this is not the case. We will happily provide an envoy for your planets to establish a diplomatic outpost, this may quell any fears. We on the other hand are space bound, we are unlikely to settle upon a planet and our people are driven by our need, we do not need an envoy in return.

Some of our technology you may not understand, Void jump emitters that allow us back into the void would kill a normal human, we shall give you one as a prototype, however using it would lead to death or serious injury. That is unless said human joins the Revenant and has their void signature removed.

However We fully support and back the use of mercantile protection for both us and yourself and will happily agree to helping you in a conflict if the same is done in return.

I would first like to say that We are looking forward to allying with the both of you, and our triumvirate will become feared, moth militarily and economically.

On a personal note to the both of you, starting with Titanrex, i am aware that the revenant is an, "interesting", faction, operating in an unorthodox way, with abilities many would consider supernatural. The XISF has no fear of such abilities, and our citizens will truct you, as long as you do not give them a reason to not do so. it is truly a shame that we cannot have joint border protection due to your current "Residence", but merchant protection is still a go, is it not? military assistance to each other will still remain, as even though your faction is an advanced "ghost" force, to my knowledge you are not invincible ( Out of RP Note: such would be VERY OP), and as such you will require, not so much, protection, but occasional assistance. any tech that you can provide that would benefit us would be greatly appreciated, and we shall endeaver to return the favor assuming such is possible.

To Mjolnir06, i propose to you the same conditions i proposed to mjolnir06

5. shelter and protection of all affiliated ships of one of the three powers, (and any members of this alliance who may come later).

i believe that these terms would prove satisfactory. surely our joint special forces units alone is a force to be reckoned with, the 501st, 115th and CATS ( which has piqued my curiosity), and whatever TitanRex has, as he hasn't informed me as to what SF divisions he leads.

I proposed we Name our Triumvirate, with the Three of us holding the three "council" spots (Mr Xaviers Idea), and possibly allowing smaller factions to join, assuming they provide us with supplies and or forces in return for military protection.
of course, such a Triumvirate would be allied with F.I.S.H.

may our forces crush our enemies under their heels.

I apologize I did not see the above at first. Below is my formal writeup of the Alliance Treaty.

To clarify points that were not covered below: I will provide members of the treaty with sensor data, maps (but not within our restricted zones as the CATS bases will be uncharted by all even within our faction but the High Command for security reasons) and weapons/schematics, but not all of our vessels/vehicle designs will be made available as some CATS equipment will remain highly classified. You may train with or see them in the future but we will not fully disclose their abilities or ask of those of your special forces even though they could be called into maneuvers together.

I cannot allow for full access to SLDF space either as a large part of the SLDF faction will revolve around role-playing within the BattleTech universe. As such the SLDF's sole goal beyond honoring this alliance is the protection of its two primary planetoids, Kaetetôã and Far Country (Kaetetôã's habitable moon). Here we will be living out our faction's internal separate societies away from what is happening elsewhere in BR. The SLDF protects these planets as they harbor faction command and these separate internal nations which will not have contact with the outside save through contributing forces to make up the SLDF. The internal nations will have capitals across the planet and to make it clear for a third time have NO contact with the outside BR factions unless attacked, whereas the SLDF as a faction command will have its headquarters on the moon of Far Country of which outsiders will have access too but will not be permitted to have more then shuttles and escort craft land on. Any other colony, customs platform, or claimed space that isn't around Kaetetôã or the Star League Court structures you can travel to with any vessel.

Yes it is understood that if you are in a Non-Aggression Pact with another nation when one of us is attacked by that nation you are not required to "switch sides" as it were.

Protecting trade lanes and sheltering other ships is not a problem.

I agree we should have a name for the council but we don't have to hurry with its creation just yet. I would propose asking the CAF if they want to join or still hold a separate treaty with me first.

I have a trade alliance with FISH already, that is as far as I will go since they are civilians.

By the power invested in me by the seat of the Regency in the Court of the Star League, and as Commanding General of the Star League Defense Forces (SLDF) it is within my authority to speak for our government and for all peoples of the Star League in submitting this charter for approval and ratification by the authorities of "The Revenant" and Xavier Industries Security Forces (XISF). May such a treaty serve to strengthen our bonds and bring our peoples a measure of unparalleled safety as we strike out amongst the stars.

This treaty, unlike the one arranged by our government with the CAF has been reworded to suit the nature of our proposed allies functions as non-governmental bodies. Should the CAF wish to join this military counsel it may do so in accordance with the treaties Article 6 as likewise their treaty with us provides for such a clause to bring other members into effect (Article 6). If they do accept to a Military Alliance with the Revenant and XISF it would be under the same conditions as this following treaty. For now the CAF treaty and this one will be considered separate arrangements with separate counsels of war.

__________~~~~~~TREATY OF MILITARY ALLIANCE~~~~~~__________

The parties to this treaty affirm their faith in their desire to live in peace with all peoples in this treaty. They are determined to safeguard the freedom, culture, and civilization of their peoples, wherever these are found based on the principles of individual liberty and establishing rules of law. They seek to promote stability and well-being in their respective interactions and are resolved to unite their efforts for collective defense and for the preservation of peace and security. They therefore agree to this treaty:

Article 1: The parties will contribute toward the further development of peaceful and friendly international relations by promoting conditions of stability and well-being.

Article 2: In order to more effectively achieve the objectives of this treaty, the parties, separately and jointly, by means of continuous and effective self-help and mutual aid, will maintain and develop their individual and collective capacity to resist armed attack. (All parties will maintain a standing army(or marine forces), air force and navy and will participate in cooperative training exercises and maneuvers.)

Article 3: The parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, political independence or security of any of the parties is threatened. Given some parties to this treaty are not recognized nations with their own government entities or land-holds maintaining embassies is not a viable option. As such all parties will be required to contribute materials and or manpower to the construction of a "Counsel Spire" structure that will reside in Star League territory within the designated grounds for the Court of the Star League. Here officials from each party in this alliance will meet for such debates and consultations.

Article 4: The parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in the sovereign territory or against their sovereign vessels, of either of them shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defense, will assist the party or parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the parties in this treaty.

Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the governments of all parties in this treaty. Such measures shall be terminated when all parties have taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security that they deem necessary.

Article 5: For the purpose of Article 4, an armed attack on one or more of the parties is deemed to include an armed attack (1) on the territory of any of the parties, whether home world, colony or space station. (2) on the forces, vessels, or aircraft of any of the parties, when in or over these territories or any other area in in which occupation forces of any of the parties are stationed.

Article 6: The parties may, by unanimous agreement, invite any nation or entity in a position to further the principles of this treaty and to contribute to the security of there collective sovereign nations/entities area to accede to this treaty.

Article 7: The parties in this treaty will agree to abide by the boundaries of restricted zones when in each others sovereign territory and will obey the laws of the lands in each others sovereign territory.

Article 8: Any member/citizen of either party that is found to be acting against this treaty must be apprehended to the best of the parties collective abilities and handed over to the nation/entity of their origin along with any captured materials, vessels or vehicles. In instances when members or citizens have gone "rogue" and can not be apprehended but must be terminated and their materials/vessel/vehicles damaged or lost the capturing nation/entity may not be held responsible of guilt.

I would like to propose a trade alliance with Fish. I have already made clear that this trade federation has full authority to come and go through colonial as it pleases, as can anyone unless told otherwise, and that I would buy weapons from them so long as they have KEW's and rocket propelled missiles for sale(obviously other things would be bought in bulk as well, there has just been no inventory posted yet). I simply see no reason not to make the trade alliance official.
