[HDN] His Divine Navy's Glorious Ship Yards

Well, I finally got round to having a play with the editor.

Can't for the life of me figure out how to do screenshots right now and kind of need to go to bed, so please find attached the brd!

It's a 150-200m long corvette ship. Nominally the "Raptor Class"

Currently configured with a large cargo/fighter bay, it could be built with more weaponry instead.

Not finished, but will be perfect for purging enemies of the empire later. Also would probably make a great rogue-trader type vessel, heavily armed with lots of cargo space and engine.

Neat looking ship.Also really like how you made like a museum type Diagram/model with it being cut in half.

Right, managed to suss it. Wasn't taking screenshots in fullscreen mode for some reason.

Ship isn't symmetrified as prefabs go all wonky, also the bridge isn't finalised and there are no weapons cause I'm waiting on turrets.

Updated .brd attached!

Massive front end is meant to eventually house torpedo/missile launches, might change the geometry on it though.
There are spaces intended to house cabling and plasma conduits, also why the rooms are 3 blocks high, so there's a blocks worth at the top for putting cables etc. in. Also, I personally prefer 3 block high spaces.

Yellow plating surrounding a 2x2 door.

Thought it worthwhile making it obvious for docking purposes.

New ship:

Doom-Slayer class destroyer
It's hit enormity 19 when mirrored and my computer is lagging too much to get much farther, that and there aren't large enough turrets, engines or reactors to really get much farther in terms of a function ship.

It's about 350m long and I've gone for a full-on BFG wedding cake.

Yeah, I think it's a thing that'll get used a fair bit. Wasn't trying to copy, or if I was I was pinching it from the tie fighter. The idea is that it's an extra layer to protect sensors, bays, engines, and reactor cores.

I think it's going to go on hold for a bit though until the game has some speed improvements or I get a much faster computer.
